Welded stainless steel tee

Welded stainless steel tee is composed of spherical pipe and joint welded to form a spherical pipe. The upper hemispherical pipe and the lower hemispherical pipe form a spherical pipe. The upper hemispherical pipe and the lower hemispherical pipe form an integrated and connected circular pipe and a semi hollow spherical shell. During manufacturing, the steel pipe shall be stamped into upper hemispherical pipe and lower hemispherical pipe by punch and die. The weld bead formed by upper hemispherical pipe and lower hemispherical pipe shall be welded by butt welding. The middle weld line of the ball is perpendicular to the center line of the upper hemispherical pipe and the lower hemispherical pipe. The beneficial effect of this product is that the material of the welded tee is the same as that of the radiator made of steel plate, and the welded junction is not easy to crack, which improves the quality of the radiator.
