Installation of sanitary pipe fittings

Sanitary pipe fittings usually refer to stainless steel pipe fittings, and almost all sanitary pipe fittings are made of stainless steel, which is also widely used.

Sanitary pipe fittings are widely used in various fields, especially in food and medicine, because of their high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, light weight, beautiful appearance and other advantages. It needs to pay attention to many aspects during installation. Many people shorten the service time because they do not pay attention during installation, thus objectively increasing the cost.

Stainless steel pipe fittings shall be separated from other metals during transportation, and may be padded with wood, rubber products and other non-metallic materials for isolation to avoid direct contact between metals. During continuous welding, the temperature should not be too high, and should be kept at about 60 degrees. During tack welding, the weld should be filled with argon for protection.

The ordinary grinding wheel cannot be used for cutting, but the special sanitary pipe cutting wheel or plasma cutting can be used. When it is connected with non stainless steel pipe fittings, the welding street shall be primed and the pipe shall be emptied for argon flushing before welding. After welding, the weld shall be subject to acid or passivation treatment.
