Different sanitary pipe fittings have different production executive standards. Next, we will introduce the production executive standards of sanitary seamless steel pipe, sanitary welded pipe and stainless steel pipe. Production Standard for Sanitary Seamless Steel Pipe (GB/T 14,976-2002); GB/T 12771-2002 is the production standard of sanitary welded pipe.
Sanitary seamless steel pipe and sanitary welded pipe products have passed the "internal leveling", "bright annealing", "pickling" and "internal polishing" finishing treatment, with bright appearance, smooth inner wall without rust and scaling. The pipe has the advantages of flat weld, flaring, deep stamping, no cracking and deformation of the elbow, etc.
Sanitary seamless steel pipe and sanitary welded pipe are produced according to international and domestic standards such as American ASTM, Japanese JIS, national standard GB and German standard DIN. The current standards are ASTM A554, A312, A249, A269, A270, etc.
In addition, the production standards for sanitary grade stainless steel pipe fittings mainly focus on the requirements for the surface finish, oil resistance and passivation layer of stainless steel pipe.
1. Passivation layer: after polishing, the steel pipe shall be put into the passivation tank for soaking, and the surface of the steel pipe shall be oxidized with acid passivation solution to form a passivation layer, so as to achieve the corrosion resistance of the steel pipe.
2. Surface finish: polish the internal and external surfaces of the steel pipe to make the steel pipe surface bright; It is also called mirror. It is mainly used to prevent the fluid substances flowing in the pipe from forming wall hanging in the pipe, which is easy to be polluted and cause blockage in the pipe after a long time.
3. Oil prohibition degree: after passivation, oil prohibition cleaning shall be carried out to remove the oil stain on the steel pipe surface. After completion, the oil analyzer shall be used for inspection. It is mainly used to prevent the oil contamination of the pipe wall from polluting the fluid substances flowing in the pipe.
